Posting Rules

The following Posting rules govern and apply to all Users of the websites and are to be considered part of the Terms and Conditions of ChildCareSA. Any definitions of words or phrases set out in the Terms and Conditions will also apply to these Rules. As with the Terms and Conditions, these Rules may be modified, changed, or amended at any time by and/or any of its Administrators, and the Users continued access to or the use of ChildCareSA indicates that the User agrees to be bound by the most current version of the Posting Rules.

By using you agree:

  1. To abide by these posting rules,our privacy policy and terms of use.
  2. That you are 18 years or older.
  3. That adverts that fall outside these posting rules may be removed from the site.
  4. That you will not create, store and /or send unsolicited commercial communications.
  5. That you will not post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
  6. That you will not be false or misleading;
  7. That you will not infringe any third-party right;
  8. That you will not distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
  9. That you will not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm ChildcareSA’s or the interests or property of ChildcareSA’s other Users;
  10. That you will not impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of;
  11. That you will not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, without their consent;
  12. That you will not bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to
  13. You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to and any consequences that may result from your post.
  14. That reserves the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our terms of use.
  15. reserves the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
  16. You will not post adverts in another language besides English.
  17. You will not post duplicates of the same offer
  18. You will not copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
  19. You will choose the category which most closely describes the type of position you have available.
  20. You will not post if you reside internationally. should be used for local placement in your local town, only.
  21. You agree that no website links, telephone numbers or email addresses may be published on adverts.
  22. ChildCareSA will not accept postings and/or Advertisement Content which contain links to or direct Job Hunters or Visitors in any way to any other websites which offer job posting services/facilities.
  23. You must be as descriptive as possible. Adverts that do not provide enough information to comply will be deleted.
  24. If you are a Recruitment Agent or operating from a recruitment-related business, you will clearly identify yourself as such and the specifics of the nature and terms of your offer in the content of your advertisement as displayed on
  25. You may not post a copy of another users advert
  26. You may not upload any inappropriate photo's/ images
  27. You must use appropriate language
  28. You may not discriminate based on race/ religion/ nationality
  29. You may not offer services or the sale of goods
  30. You may not put up fraudulent adverts.
  31. You must immediately report any potentially fraudulent or fraudulent advert they notice via our contact page.
  32. reserves the right to remove any adverts that we feel are not relevant, or of value to the community, with or without notice.
  33. ChildCareSA will not accept or allow job postings or Advertisement Content which require or request that Job Hunters send money to another party for whatever reason.
  34. If any User uses content from the Website in breach of the provisions detailed herein:
    34.1. ChildCareSA reserves the right to claim damages from the User;
    34.2. ChildCareSA reserves the right to institute criminal proceedings against the User; and
    34.3. ChildCareSA shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any damage, loss or liability that resulted from the use of such content by the User or any third party who obtained any content from the User.
